Delete your Petee account.
You can request deletion without reinstalling or signing in to the Petee app. We will verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request.
Email deletion requestSend the request from your account email when possible. Include only that email address; do not send health, payment, password, or identity-document information.
What happens
Eligible account and profile data is deleted or anonymized. We may retain anonymized transaction, accounting, safety, and audit records where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
Trainers with commitments
A trainer must finish voluntary departure before personal-data deletion. Active packages and unresolved held or scheduled sessions keep departure pending. Petee support will explain the current blockers and leaving status.
In the app, members and admins can also use Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. Trainers use the same path after leaving the trainer platform is complete.
