Delete your Petee account.
You can request deletion without reinstalling or signing in to the Petee app. We will verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request.
Email deletion requestSend the request from your account email when possible. Include only that email address; do not send health, payment, password, or identity-document information.
What happens
Eligible account and profile data is deleted or anonymized. We may retain anonymized transaction, accounting, safety, and audit records where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
Trainers with commitments
Use Delete account to prepare deletion. Petee resolves future booked sessions first; members keep unused package sessions. Your account stays a trainer account until you confirm permanent deletion.
In the app, use Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. Trainers prepare deletion and resolve booked sessions in the same flow before confirming permanent deletion.
